Sarah Nelson

Howdy! My name is Sarah and I am one of two new Coordinators for International Relations in Tokushima. I am from Austin, Texas and I recently graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a B.A. in East Asian Studies. I now work alongside Kim at Tokushima's Prefectural Office, and at TOPIA. It has been my long-time dream to do the kind of work that I have as a CIR, so I am happy to be of assistance to the local foreign population.

Hello und guten Tag everyone. My name is Kim and I am the new German Coordinator for International Relations in Tokushima. I graduated from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg last year and got my M.A. in Japanese Studies.
I just moved to Tokushima last August, so I still have many things to learn and explore, but I guess it is going to be fun. Just like taking part in Awa Odori was. I work at the prefectural office and at TOPIA which is at Tokushima station. If you need help or have any questions, feel free to drop by anytime. I am looking forward to meeting you there. Me and my colleague Sarah are also the main editors for the Awa Life newsletter, so if you have any comments or suggestions, please mail to awalife@gmail.com
